1. Start with intent

I can describe the item, model, category, budget, and urgency in plain English. I know whether I want the AI wizard to draft the search or the manual editor to start blank. I have separated different buying intents into different searches before adding rules.

2. Pick platforms and search mode

I chose one platform for category, condition, or Custom URL work. I chose Multi only when the same item, location, radius, and price range make sense across platforms. If the marketplace has special filters I need, I built the search on that marketplace and copied the results URL for Custom URL mode.

3. Fill the Search fields

I gave the search a clear name I will recognise later. I used broad keywords that sellers are likely to write. I typed a location and picked a suggestion from the autocomplete. I set a practical radius and a realistic price range. I picked a check speed: every 10 minutes for a balanced start, every 1 minute for urgent hunts, or every 60 minutes for background searches.

4. Add refinement

I added enough AI filter detail for plain-language judgement to reduce noise. I used category and condition only for single-platform standard searches. I added title keyword rules for true must-have terms and recurring junk. I kept exclusions conservative so they do not hide listings I would still inspect.

5. Choose delivery and review

I chose default channels or selected a per-search channel override. I routed urgent searches to mobile push or Telegram and background searches to email, Discord, or Web Push. I will review alert quality after the first few days. I will loosen rules if the search is too narrow and tighten rules if it is too noisy.
